- A CUT-TO-CUT LINE WORKS AS FOLLOWS:
- The metal coil is placed on the uncoiler, after which the strip is fed into a straightening device, where bends and stresses are eliminated. The metal is then automatically fed to a predetermined length and cut crosswise with high precision.
- The finished sheets are fed to a receiving table or stacker, where they are formed into neat bundles for further transportation, storage, or subsequent processing.
- This line allows for the rapid production of sheet metal of the required size from coiled material, maintaining cutting accuracy and consistent quality of each piece.
