- THE SLITTING AND CUT-TO-LENGTH LINE OPERATES AS FOLLOWS:
- The metal coil is mounted on the decoiler and fed into the leveling unit to straighten the strip. After that, the material passes through the slitting section, where the coil is cut into strips of the required width.
- The resulting strips are then directed to the cut-to-length section, where they are cut into blanks of the specified length. The finished elements are transferred to the receiving table or stacker and formed into bundles.
- The combined line allows both slitting and cut-to-length operations to be performed within a single production line without the need for separate equipment. This increases productivity, reduces processing time, and ensures stable quality of the finished products.
